Dianne’s favorite Linden Tree Moment:
As a customer, when my then nine-year-old daughter wanted a book for vacation reading. The staff guided her to “The Penderwicks”. That book turned her from reading as a requirement to reading as a passion.

I’m passionate about children’s literacy: seeing the struggle to learn to read, then the rewards of mastering it is magical.
