About the Author

Tania McCartney is an Australian author, illustrator and editor of children's books, specialising in picture books, non-fiction and junior fiction. The founder of Kids' Book Review and The Happy Book children's book podcast, Tania has over 40 titles in print or production. Her work has won numerous awards including several CBCA Notable books, the SCBWI Crystal Kite for Australia East/New Zealand, and the CBCA Laurie Copping Award for Distinguished Service to Children's Literature. She lives in Canberra with her family.
