1.1 What are the expected delivery times?
We use the USPS Priority Mail service. Once your order is processed and you receive a shipping notification, you should receive it within 3 business days.
Please allow at least one business day (M–Sat) for processing of in-store pickups. We cannot guarantee same day pickups on orders placed after 12PM.
**Please note that when the store is closed (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, etc.) that orders will be processed starting the following business day.
1.2 What are the shipping costs?
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders that are $24.99 and above (pretax). For orders that include future releases, additional shipping charges may apply.
There will be a $6.25 FLAT RATE for all orders under $24.99.
We ship to all 50 states.
There is no charge for in-store pickup orders of any size.
2 Special Services
2.1 Can my order be gift wrapped?
For orders placed online, we charge $1 per item to be wrapped.
Please indicate at checkout if there are items in your order that will not be wrapped and please add to your cart the number of gift wraps to match the number of items we will wrap for you.
2.2 Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we are not able to sell or redeem gift cards online.
Please come in to the store to purchase or use your Linden Tree gift cards.
