We know you can’t judge a book by its cover. And we want you to know that customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Easy return or exchange is guaranteed and we will pay for the return postage (please use the mailing label enclosed with your order).
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. A full refund (or store credit if preferred) will be issued as long as:
• returned items are unused, not damaged, and in new condition
• proof of purchase is provided
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for stuffed animals, plush dolls or final sale items.
If your return is made more than 14 days after purchase and the other conditions are met, we will offer you a store credit, providing that the item being returned is still in print.

There are no returns on final sale items, or on items purchased at a discount for special sales (Celebrate Linden Tree Day, Community Open House, Candy Swap, etc.)
