About the Author

ASHLEY SCHÜTZ, is a private chef, recipe developer, culinary educator, and food stylist. A native of California, she has spent much of her life at culinary schools in various kitchens around the globe. In 2011, Ashley signed on as the full-time traveling private chef to Baroness and influencer, Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza. When she is not traveling, she is at home in the Swiss countryside with her husband and two daughters.ASHLY JERNIGAN has worked as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer for over a decade. While she grew up in Sedona, Arizona, she currently lives and works in Zürich, Switzerland with her husband and their two children. She holds a BFA in Visual Arts.
