Honor and remember loved ones on the Day of the Dead with this beautifully illustrated Little Golden Book about the holiday.

Day of the Dead, or Día de Muertos in Spanish, is a happy celebration. The Mexican holiday is a time to welcome back loved ones who are no longer with us. This is done with offerings of favorite foods, brightly colored marigolds, sugar skulls, and more. This Little Golden Book is a great read-aloud for families that celebrate Day of the Dead, as well as for those who want to learn more about it.

Series Overview: This is the 6th holiday-themed Golden Book. The others are:  Hanukkah (Fall 2020 /  BGB), Passover (Spring 2023 / BGB), Lunar New Year (Fall 2023 / BGB), Ramadan (Spring 2024 / LGB), and Diwali (also Summer 2024 /LGB). The titles that first pub as Big Golden Books will be released as Little Golden Books a year or so after pub. The Hannukkah LGB is slated for Fall 2023.
