Ages 12 And Up
A Cuban Girl’s Guide to Tea and Tomorrow meets Tweet Cute in a romcom about teens from rival bakeries who create a recipe for disaster when they fall for each other. Ana Maria Ybarra dreams of being a pastry chef. She loves developing new Cuban-fusion treats in her family’s bakery, but her dad refuses to change the menu—meanwhile, their rival Morales Bakery is thriving with their viral desserts.
Ana Maria’s only way to go to culinary school is winning a recipe scholarship with a social media angle. Then the ultimate distraction shows up: Miguel, a boy she spent one magical day with who she never thought she’d see again. Ana Maria thinks fate has brought them together for a reason—until she learns the truth. Miguel is a Morales. An Ybarra
cannot be associated with a Morales, let alone fall for one. But when she finds out Miguel is behind the Morales’ viral success, she accepts his offer to help. As long as their families don’t find out, nothing can go wrong . . . right?
